1 quart chopped celery 1/4 cup sugar (optional) 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated onion 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon parsley
Chop celery very fine; add seasonings and, last, Mayonnaise Dressing. Serve with club, lettuce, or plain meat sandwiches.
