1 1/2 cups melted butter or butter substitute 1 tablespoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/4 cup vinegar
If vinegar is very strong, it may be necessary to use less. If butter substitute is used, melt over hot water, add remaining ingredients in order given, and serve hot on broiled fish or boiled potatoes.
