1 1/2 quarts peanut butter

3 cups chopped onion

1/2 bunch chopped celery

4 to 6 bay leaves

7 quarts stock 6 quarts White Sauce I 2 teaspoons paprika Salt to taste

Cook peanut butter, onion, celery, and bay leaves in stock thirty minutes; rub through strainer. Add white sauce and seasonings.
