Sausage Spaghetti

Cut 3 uncooked sausages in small pieces; fry until brown. Put to one side of the pan and add 1 onion sliced fine. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often; add 2 cups seasoned tomato sauce; when thoroughly heated add 2 cups cooked and seasoned spaghetti. Toss about and serve at once. - Mrs. H. R. Putnam.

Italian Spaghetti

Boil 1/2 pkge. spaghetti 20 min., drain and blanch. Fry 1 onion and 1 green pepper (cut fine), in bacon fat. Add 2 cups tomatoes thickened with flour. Place spaghetti in baking dish, cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with Italian cheese (grated).

Bake 20 min. Add sugar if desired.
