Recipe 1040 - Chopped Onion Dip




Recipe 1040 - Chopped Onion Dip

1 large chopped onion (chop very, very fine)
1 cup mayo (no lite mayo or substitutes)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper (if you wish)

In a bowl add chopped onion, mayo and Parmesan cheese--stir until mixed.
Spray a small casserole dish (or dip dish) with Pam. Pour mixture into the
prepared dish--sprinkle salt and pepper on top if you wish. Bake at 350
degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven--stir. Cool to room
temperature, and then serve with chips, bread, or vegetables.
