6 oz. of chopped suet, 6 oz. of figs cut in small squares, 6 oz. of breadcrumbs, 3 oz. of brown sugar, two eggs, little milk, pinch of salt; mix all together, put into a buttered mould, and boil 2 1/2 hours. Serve with any sweet sauce hot.
