Four hard boiled eggs. Remove yolks, mash and add 2 tablespoons grated cheese, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon mustard, salt and a little cayenne. Add sufficient melted butter to make soft enough to shape and put back into whites.

Eight hard boiled eggs, cut lengthwise; remove yolks; fill whites with following: 1 cup chopped ham, 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 1/3 cup milk, 1 egg and paprika. Bring crumbs and milk to boil; add other ingredients.
Make sauce with 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon Henkel's flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook in double boiler until thick; pour over eggs and sprinkle with yolks which have been put through ricer or grated. Arline Chase.
