This new Belgian venture, which we have before noticed, appears to have been quite successful. The first number of the second volume, now before us, starts with a beautiful colored plate of some new Chrysanthemums. Those of our readers who understand French, and love flowers, will find it a good thing to subscribe to. It is published at Ghent, for one franc a number.
