Mr. W. Duncan, well known in past times as a contributor to the Garden, Gardener's Chronicle, and Gardener's Monthly, - and who, for some time past, has been editing the Farmer's Home Journal of Louisville, is now part proprietor as well as editor of this excellent weekly agricultural paper.
