A layer of Vienna paste is applied two centimeters in height and width, maintained and limited by a double band of adhesive plaster. Leave it on twenty minutes in all, and when removed the surface is wiped with a cloth containing vinegar. The breast is now cut loose from its cutaneous periphery, and torn loose with the fingers. - M. Jules Guerin.
