Eng., Ferrous Sulphate. Synonyms, Green Vitriol; if impure, Copperas.
1 1/2 grains (0.1 Gm.).
Eng., Exsiccated Ferrous Sulphate. Synonyms, Dried Ferrous Sulphate. 100 parts of Ferrous Sulphate are deprived of water of crystallization till the weight is reduced to about 65 parts. A grayish-white powder.
1 grain (0.06 Gm.).
Eng., Granulated Ferrous Sulphate. A greenish, granular powder.
1 1/2 grains (0.1 Gm.).
Eng., Solution of Ferric Subsulphate. Synonym, Monsel's Solution.
3 minims (0.2 mil).
Eng., Solution of Ferric Sulphate.
