Eng., Exsiccated Sodium Sulphite.
White powder.
Odorless. A cooling, saline, sulphurous taste. Solubility.-In 2.3 parts of water; sparingly soluble in alcohol. Average Dose.-15 grains (1 Gm.).
Seldom prescribed.
