Solution of arsenite of potassium
(Fowler's solution), 256 minims.
Simple elixir, a sufficient quantity.
Mix the solution of arsenite of potassium with enough simple elixir to produce sixteen fluidounces.
Each fluidrachm (teaspoonful) of the finished elixir contains two minims of solution of arsenite of potassium. Dose, one fluidrachm (teaspoonful), which may be cautiously increased to twice that amount.
