Hypophosphite of sodium, 256 grains.
Acetic acid, 20 grains
Simple elixir, enough to make 16 fluidounces.
Dissolve the hypophosphites of sodium and the citric acid in the simple elixir by agitation. Each fluidrachm contains two grains of hypophosphite of sodium.
