Take of fluid extracts of celery, coca, kola, and black haw bark, of each one fluidounces. Mix the fluid extracts, add two fluidounces of alcohol and enough simple elixir to make sixteen fluidounces. After standing a few days, with occasional agitation, filter the mixture. This elixir is of the same strength as that of the compound elixir of celery of the National Formulary. It deposits a sediment and is not a perfect preparation.
