The Objective Case is the form that should be used in these constructions:
(1) Object of verb, verbal, or verb phrases.
(2) Predicate attribute of object. (A rare use of pronouns).
(3) Appositive of a noun or pronoun in an objective construction.
(4) Adverbial adjunct. (This includes indirect object).
(5) Object of preposition.
(6) Subject of infinitive. (To be studied later).
