In the rural district the camping survey can be made a part of the Boy-Fact Survey of that district.

The council records can answer most of the following questions:

1. What forms of camping were done last year?

2. What percentage of available boys took part in each?

3. What forms of camping experience were omitted last year?

4. Were the facilities adequate?

5. Were the leadership and program adequate?

6. Secure by districts a picture of each Troop's outdoor program for last year.

7. Ascertain at the same time what other things and help these Troop Leaders desire, and what improvement they think can be made in the council's camping program.

8. Analyze these last two items in the light of the other facts, to find ways to improve conditions.
