This cause having come on to be heard on the pleadings therein and the proofs taken in said cause and having been argued by counsel for respective parties and the court having duly considered same, being fully advised in the premises, finds:

county, constitutes a cloud upon the plaintiff's title, that the same has been duly forfeited and that the plaintiff has repossessed himself of the premises described in said bill of complaint and that the vendees in said land contract no longer have any right title or interest in and to said premises.
