Another Form. - Some persons may like the following form, beginning it with a dedication or pledge:

Form Of Dedication.

After due deliberation and prayer, I do hereby record the resolution I have made, to lay up the sum of ........................                                                weekly, to be expended on religious and benevolent objects. Out of this sum I have determined to give to the under mentioned objects the amount attached to each.
