It is customary in all actions upon bonds brought for the use of any person against the executors, administrators, guardians, and their sureties, where the person for whose use the action is brought is not a resident of the State, to require him to enter security for costs with the clerk of the court. This requirement is found generally in the statutes of the respective states.
