THIS INDENTURE, MADE this 15th day of June, 1914, between Richard Roe, of the County of Cook, State of Illinois, party of the first part, and John Doe, of the same place, party of the second part:

WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, for a good and valuable consideration to him in hand paid by the party of the second part, has sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed, and does hereby sell, assign, transfer, and convey to the party of the second part, a certain mortgage bearing date, the 1st day of January, 1912, made by Samuel Smith to the said party of the first part, to secure the payment of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars ($1500), and interest thereon from date thereof, said mortgage being recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cook County in Volume 545 of mortgages, at page 956, on the 17th day of January, 1912, at 11 o' clock A. M., together with the bond accompanying said mortgage and therein referred to, and all sums of money due and to become due thereon.

And the party of the first part HEREBY COVENANTS that there is due on said bond and mortgage the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars.
