If intervening rights of bona fide purchasers for value will be prejudiced by reformation it will not be allowed.1 Rights of third persons acquired with actual2 or constructive3 notice of the mistake, or rights of third persons not purchasers for value,4 especially if not prejudiced by the mistake,5 will not prevent reformation.
