The owner of this celebrated vineyard, perhaps one of the most noted in the Graves region, is Mr. Bellot des Minieres. The vineyard surrounds a magnificent chateau, situated on rather high land, which is exposed in an admirable manner to the rays of the sun. The culture which the grapes receive is of the best character, and the vineyards are well fertilized. The vines grown are the choicest varieties for producing white wine. The mean production of the vineyard of Haut-Bailly is about 80 tuns.
