The proprietor of this vineyard is Mr. Arthur de Gassowski. This vineyard was well known in the 17th century. It is also a neighbor of the Chateau Margaux, and produces a wine remarkable for its fineness and bouquet and well appreciated in France and abroad. Its annual production amounts, however, to only 30 tuns.
