In the mixing bowl put one cupful granulated sugar, four eggs, add one and one-half cupfuls rich sweet milk. Sift flour and use three cupfuls flour with three teaspoonfuls baking Powder sifted three times, one-quarter teaspoonful salt, one table-spoonful melted butter.
