Horseradish, 4 tablespoons,

Bread-crumbs, 4 tablespoons,

Powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon,

Vinegar, 2 tablespoons,

Salt, 1/2 teaspoon,

Made mustard, 1/2 teaspoon,

Hot cream, or white sauce, 1/2 cup.

Mix all except the cream, or the white sauce, thoroughly, and put in a double boiler. Then add the cream, or the white sauce, and let it all heat together.
