Mix thoroughly
Stir vigorously to blend.
1/4 cup evaporated milk 1/2 slice soft bread, pulled in pieces 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon grated onion 1/2 pound ground beef
Place on rack under broiler
4 slices bread
Spread hamburger on with a rubber scraper.
Toast bread on one side and spread hamburger mixture on untoasted sides. Be sure to cover the edges.
Return to broiler rack and broil until hamburger is done. 5 to 10 minutes.

Melt in frying pan
Add and brown lightly
Then add and brown
1 tablespoon fat
1 small onion, chopped
1 pound ground beef 1 teaspoon salt
Break the meat into small pieces.
Stir in
1/4 cup Gold Medal Flour
Then stir in
2 cups water or milk
Heat until gravy bubbles.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
4 servings.
Here you'n strictly on your own. Pour in a lot of catsup and a little soup or the other way around. Toss in some chopped pickle if you have it. Eat it on buns.
You will need ground beef catsup tomato soup hamburger buns
Brown the meat and crumble it with a fork. Stir in catsup and tomato soup. Heat until it bubbles. Serve in buns.
