1 teaspoon lemon juice Few grains salt.

Pimolas.

Cream butter, add gradually horseradish, lemon juice, and salt. Spread between thin slices of bread, shape with a cutter in form of diamonds and garnish each with a slice cut from a pimola crosswise.
