No. 355. - Caraway is a biennial plant of the parsley family. The seeds have an aromatic flavor and a warm pungent taste. Caraway is cultivated for its seeds, which are used by bakers, confectioners, and distillers, and also in medicine - as a carminative.
No. 356. - Sow it in August, and the plant will give a fair crop of seed the next season. Plant it in drills and thin it to six inches apart.
