1 cup margarine 1 cup chopped green pepper 2 quarts soft crumbs or 2 quarts mashed potato
3 tablespoons salt
4 quarts milk 2 quarts corn
2 quarts grated cheese 16 eggs
1 teaspoon pepper
Use canned or fresh sweet corn. Cook pepper in margarine five minutes. Mix all ingredients except egg whites, beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Bake in moderate oven one and one-half hours, or until a knife comes out clean. Serve at once, with or without sauce.
