3/4 cup minced parsley 3/4 cup chopped red pepper 2 tbspns. minced onion 1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons salt 2 cups salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar 6 or more eggs
Chop hard-cooked eggs fine. Mix remaining ingredients, and chill. Just before serving, beat hard with Dover egg beater; add eggs, and serve with shredded lettuce, romaine, endive, cabbage, and other green salads.
