3/4 cup vinegar 6 or more eggs

Chop hard-cooked eggs fine. Mix remaining ingredients, and chill. Just before serving, beat hard with Dover egg beater; add eggs, and serve with shredded lettuce, romaine, endive, cabbage, and other green salads.
