2 No. 10 cans tomato 1 1/2 cups chopped onion

3 sprigs parsley 12 stalks celery

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 cup strong vinegar

2 tablespoons salt

6 tablespoons sugar 1 1/4 cups gelatine in

3 cups cold water

Cook first four ingredients together twenty minutes after boiling begins; strain. There should be four and one-half quarts. Add remaining ingredients; mold in any desired form. Garnish with crisp, shredded cabbage, and balls or fancy shapes of Young America or other yellow cheese. Half-inch pieces of cooked string beans and raw celery may be molded with tomato.
