2 cups shredded cheddar cheese + 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup uncooked macaroni
2 1/4 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Grease an 8" x 8" baking dish--set aside. In a bowl add 2 cups shredded
cheddar cheese and dry macaroni--mix with your hands, and then sprinkle
the mixture into the greased dish. In a blender add milk, eggs, salt, pepper
and Bisquick--blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour the mixture from the
blender on top of the dry macaroni mixture in the baking dish. Bake at 375-
400 degrees for 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Remove
from oven, sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top and return it to
oven until cheese melts.
