6 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
4 cups Domino's powdered sugar
1 stick softened Parkay margarine
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
In a microwave safe bowl add baking chocolate--microwave on high for one
minute, then stir. Microwave again for 1 minute, and then stir. Repeat until all
chocolate is melted and smooth. In a mixer add melted chocolate, powdered
sugar, Parkay--beat. Add milk and vanilla--beat until mixed, then continue
beating until smooth. If too runny, add more powdered sugar. If too thick, add
a little more milk and beat again.
