1 - 14.75oz. can red salmon (de-boned and flaked)
1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1 small onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh or dried parsley
In a bowl add eggs--beat. Add flaked salmon--stir. Add chopped
onions, salt, pepper and parsley--stir until mixed. Add cracker crumbs
and mix with your hands to form it into a loaf shape (if too moist add
more cracker crumbs). Place loaf into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 50-60 minutes.
