3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup canola oil
3 eggs
3 to 4 baking apples (peeled, cored and chopped finely)
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
In a mixer add eggs, canola oil and white sugar--beat. Add vanilla,
baking soda, cinnamon and salt--beat. Add flour slowly--beat.
Remove bowl from mixer--add chopped apples and chopped walnuts-
-stir just until mixed. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 9 OR 9 x 13 glass
baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
