4 tablespoonfuls of Nut or Olive Oil.

2 tablespoonfuls of Lemon Juice.

Pinch of Salt, Pepper and Castor Sugar,

How To Make:

Rub the tomato through a fine sieve, mix the pulp with the other ingredients, and store in a bottle for future use. This dressing will keep good about one week.
