Eng., Sodium Citrate. Formula, Na3C6H5O7 + 2H2O.
A white, granular powder.
Odorless and having a cooling, saline taste Solubility.-In 1.3 parts of water, slightly soluble in alcohol. Incompatibles.-Alcohol, lead acetate, silver nitrate. Average Dose.-15 grains (1 Gm.).
