Make two Single Wardrobes, as per Illustration 84, and place them on the floor near one corner of the room. Fit a broom-handle bar between them at the top of the wardrobes. A curtain hung from this bar will make a convenient recess for hanging outdoor wraps in the corner between the two wardrobes.

The doors of the double wardrobe and of the hat compartments should be hung in such a manner as to open, one right and the other left hand, as shown in the illustration.
