Turn normally happy and productive workers into bickering do-nothings without anyone realizing what the trouble is.
In severe cases cause headaches, choking, coughing, blurred vision and extreme fatigue.
"Scientists call the silent sounds 'infrasonics. ' They are inaudible because their frequency, or rate of vibration, is less than 20 times a second, a pitch too low to be detected by the human ear.
" 'Far more than any other kind of noise, infrasounds are responsible for nervous disorders in industrial towns, ' the scientists concluded.
"Dr. Vernon H. Goerke, director of the U. S. government's Wave Propagation Laboratory in Boulder, Colo., said infrasonics can be produced by such things as missile launchings, construction machinery, explosions, defective electric motors, aircraft, weather disturbances and earthquakes.
"Intense infrasonic waves produced by thunderstorms and such cataclysms as the Alaska earthquake possess the ability to lash out at human beings from afar, according to a study conducted at the University of Illinois.
"Dr. Floyd Dunn, a professor of electrical engineering at the university, and John Green, a Bell Telephone Laboratories engineer, found that auto accidents and school absenteeism in Chicago jumped to abnormal highs on days when silent sound activity was heavy.
"Green told the Enquirer that he is convinced silent sound can throw people off balance, both mentally and physically.
" 'It may well be that on those days when everything goes wrong - when you get shortchanged at a checkout counter, everyone's crabby and you dent the car fender - that the trouble is all due to infrasonics coming from a storm somewhere else, ' he said.
"Not only storms, but defective machinery can emit mind-shattering silent sound, according to Green. "
To many of us the article sounds like "Little Sir Echo. " Testing with specialized instruments scientists now record the same elements causing the same disturbances to the nervous system that we have been recording with our angle wires for seven years. My three books present data that read almost identically except for the explanation of infrasonic waves. The latter helps to explain why we are affected when we are often so far removed from the actual source of the disturbance.
Currently the excessive amount of disturbances is very discouraging as it plays havoc with our nervous systems and unfortunately imposes increasing restriction on the days we can channel. However, we can use neutralizing to ground out the disorder, providing, of course, the cause of the disturbance has dissipated. My recent explorations have been projected toward methods of neutralizing that would dispense with the wire hoop, vinegar and ice. Often the simplest method turns out to be the most effective and this is particularly true when using our own Vivaxis energies. Further, the research has again illustrated there is no substitute better than one's own energies. My research was conducted at a time of excessive disturbance when I felt all our resources should be marshalled to combat interference introduced into our circuits; interference created by the insidious effects of atomic testing plus the bombardment of infrasonic waves.
The following is an effective way to neutralize. Stand with back erect and legs together so that the ankles and sides of the feet are touching. It is important to have the entire sides of both feet in complete contact. Keep the head tilted slightly to ensure it is not level. Face your hands together and place the tips of the fingers and thumbs against each other, so that the whorls of the opposite fingers are in contact. In this position the palms of your hands will be apart but facing each other. Press your fingers rhythmically in and out like an accordion and at the same time breathe very deeply. Continue to press the fingers firmly while slowly moving them in and out. The number of times this exercise is necessary to effectively neutralize oneself will depend on the degree of disorder in one's energy circuit. Usually compressing the fingers about six complete cycles is all that is required, but this will vary with the individual. Test before and after the foregoing procedure using the standard methods of testing for a static condition.
Always check immediately before channelling to determine if your magnetic and electric field are in balance. Check with both the right and then the left recording wire, for we have recently discovered that if a person is linked into a radionic machine the wave motion is changed in the system and a disturbed static condition shows up in the left recording wire but not in the right. One should be able to get wave vectors in correct orientation while testing with both the right and then the left recording wire.
An accumulation of static disorder may linger in your system, sometimes hours or more after the disturbance that created the condition has dissipated. This we refer to as "lingering static" and the "lingering" is generally in direct proportion to the intensity of the disturbance. Those working in offices under pressure and fluorescent lights record a lingering static, in contrast to workers in a more compatible environment whose energies remain in balance. Neutralizing has the ability to drain off this static and the method described above is extremely easy and useful for office staff to help achieve a correct balance of energies after the day's work.
We stress that before you channel remember to test for a static state. If the test indicates you are static, then neutralize. Test a second time to make sure you successfully neutralized. Wait five minutes and test again to ensure you remain neutral, since the disturbance that caused the static condition may still exist and, if so, it sometimes takes a few minutes to rebuild in your system. If the third test reveals you are again static, then do not channel.
