Whenever the term "Contracting Officer" is used in this contract, the same shall be construed to mean the Contracting Officer executing this contract, his successor or successors, his duly authorized agent or agents, or anyone designated by the Chief Signal Officer from time to time to act as Contracting Officer hereunder.
In witness whereof, the party of the first part has caused this contract to be executed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, and the United States of America has caused this contract to be executed by the undersigned Contracting Officer hereto duly authorized.
