2 1/2 quarts barley flour 1 quart corn meal 3/4 quart bran 1 1/2 quarts sour milk
1 quart corn syrup 2 tablespoons salt 1 tablespoon soda 1/3 cup baking powder
Mix and bake as other quick breads.
