1 1/2 quarts buckwheat flour 1 1/4 quarts corn meal 2 tablespoons salt 1 1/3 tablespoons soda
1/3 cup baking powder 1 1/2 cups molasses 1 1/4 quarts sour milk or buttermilk
Mix and bake as Quick Barley Bread.
