3/4 cup Parkay margarine
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 bag mini M & M's
In a mixer add Parkay, white sugar, eggs and vanilla--beat. Add
cocoa, salt and baking powder--beat. Slowly add flour--beat until
smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 cake pan. Spread as many
mini M & M's over the top as you wish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes (do not overbake). Cool completely, and then cut into bars or
squares.
