2 beaten eggs
6 TBSP flour
1 - 10oz. package frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups grated or shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
In a bowl add eggs--beat. Add flour--beat until smooth. Add drained
spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and salt--stir until mixed.
Pour the mixture into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover the dish
and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
