Eng., Sodium Iodide. Formula, NaI. Form.-Colorless crystals or white crystalline powder. Odor and Taste.-Odorless; a saline and slightly bitter taste. Solubility.-In about 0.55 part of water or 2 parts of alcohol. Average Dose.-5 grains (0.3 Gm.).
