1 - 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 slices of bacon (fried, drained and crumbled)
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Unwrap cream cheese and place it on a microwave safe plate. In a
bowl add crumbled bacon and mustard--stir. Spread the mustard
mixture evenly over the block of cream cheese. Sprinkle the shredded
mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the mustard mixture. Microwave
on high for 45 seconds or until mozzarella cheese is melted. Serve
warm with good quality crackers.
