Alnus Rubra, Tag Alder, in large doses of the fluid-extract (20 to 60 TIJ.) is alterative and tonic, improving nutrition and elimination. In small doses (ec. tr. 5 TIJ.) it has given moderate satisfaction as an alterative in pustular and acute eczematous diseases of the skin.
