2 tablespoonfuls chopped cucumber
1 teaspoonful grated horseradish
1 tablespoonful minced celery 1 teaspoonful minced chives 1 teaspoonful minced radishes
Put together with a little strong celery stock, a dash of salt and pepper, and mayonnaise, or sour cream salad dressing to moisten. Chill for an hour.
2 tablespoonfuls chopped tomato
1 tablespoonful shredded grapefruit pulp
1/2 tablespoonful lemon juice
Dash of salt and pepper
Combine and serve.
1 teaspoonful olive oil
2 teaspoonfuls minced green peppers
Grapefruit juice and mayonnaise to moisten thoroughly
2 tablespoonfuls minced tomato
1 tablespoonful minced celery
1 tablespoonful aspic jelly cut in bits
Combine and serve. .
1/2 teaspoonful pickled chives Few drops tabasco sauce French dressing and mayonnaise to moisten thoroughly
