Frequently bathing the eye with cold water and using as much as possible the muscles on that side of the face where the affection exists will be found advantageous.

The prominent remedies are, veratrum, zinc, nit. ac, Belladonna, Nux, Pulsatilla, and Sepia. A powder, or three globules, of the selected remedy may be given every third day.
